Thank you for choosing Ridgecon to take care of your home. We appreciate your trust in us! Our Operations Department will be in touch soon to provide the start date for your project and share what to expect throughout the process. If you’ve requested a specific date, we’ll do our best to accommodate it, although all work depends on favorable weather – something we can’t control, unlike your soon-to-be new roof.

Our crew generally arrives between 7:00 and 9:00 AM. We’ve provided a short list of points that will help you prepare for this important home improvement project:

  1. Remove or cover delicate items in the garage or attic. Granules and light debris may slip between your roof sheathing into your garage or attic during the construction process.
  2. Remove any breakables from the walls in your home. Very rarely, the heavy pounding and vibrations cause hanging items to fall from the wall.
  3. Our crew will reattach satellite dishes as securely as possible, but it’s your responsibility to contact the service provider for any necessary adjustments to restore service.
  4. Remove outdoor accessories (awnings, exterior decor, etc.) to prevent damage during the re-roofing process. Move patio or deck furnishings, including lawn or garden ornaments at least 15 feet away from the perimeter of your home.
  5. Move vehicles that you want to access out of the garage and away from the house and street front area. The Operations team will need full access to the driveway to complete your job in the best and safest way.
  6. Be prepared to sign driveway waiver from material building company.
  7. Make a power source available, or if no power source is readily available, let the Operations Department know so that alternate arrangements can be made.
  8. Once the installation is complete, our team will perform a final clean-up of the job site. We recommend being available at this time so you can inspect the work with the Project Manager and address any concerns on the spot. This is also a great opportunity to make the final payment for your new roof.
  9. Your final job paperwork including warranty and waiver of lien will be issued shortly after your final payment is processed.
